I dined at Swiss Chalet with my family today to celebrate my parents' 26th anniversary and decided to dress up for the occasion! The nice waitress said my skirt was cute 
Don't want to turn this into some fashion blog or anything (...or do I?) but this is what I wore:
- Black cardigan (gift)
- My older sister's white scarf
- Snoopy T-Shirt (hand-me-down)
- My Dad's black belt
- H&M black tulle skirt
- Urban Outfitters opaque red tights (gift)
- Black Aldo flats
