I’ve been doing a lot of artwork lately. So here’s a peek inside my sketchbook:
Before I begin, sorry for the lack of updates. I was focusing most of my time on summer school homework that I didn’t get a chance to blog.
I also didn’t get a chance to draw in my sketchbook, so I was feeling really deprived of freedom and ...art?
So I ended up abusing my homework:

Anyways, a while ago, I read Joyce’s post about how she painted her door. Sorry I couldn’t find the link to the specific post, but it looked awesome! I love reading her posts because it makes me feel so inspired and very artsy.
So on Monday, my sister and I got back all of the artwork we did this year from our art teacher. My sister got back this painting she did for this year’s art show. And it happened to look very nice on our door. So that’s just where we put it. See for yourself:
This year’s theme for our school’s art show was ECHO or ECO. So my sister painted a boy in a tree to show that if we cut trees, we’ll be cutting ourselves. I thought it was really cute.
